Leather Characteristics
All Ora Delphine items are designed and made of genuine quality leather.  As leather is a natural material, it will change its look and feel over time with use.  Differences in colors, marks and grain are characteristics of the material, which makes each item special and unique.

   

How do I take care of my Ora Delphine hand bag?
Treat your Ora Delphine item with love and avoid heat, sunlight, humidity and moisture.  When not in use, keep it protected in the provided dust bag.  To clean, please wipe gently with a soft cloth.

 

When will my order ship?
Please allow 1 to 5 business days (Monday - Friday) for us to prepare your order, and then an additional 1 to 7 business days for time-in-transit.  We do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible, but we are also dependent on the delivery times of FED EX, UPS and USPS.  You will receive an email shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.  

 

Return Policy

 

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.  We MUST be notified of all incoming returns via email at hello@oradelphine.com.  Failure to do so will result in a delay to process your return. Please include your packing slip AND/OR the following information with your return package:

  • Your name and billing address
  • The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
  • The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
  • Your transaction ID number 

 

Item(s) must be in original condition with tags attached.  The recipient will be fully responsible for all shipping fees and documentation needed to return the product.  Please use a traceable carrier, and insure your package for the full value of the return merchandise.  We are not responsible for return packages lost en route. We cannot accept C.O.D. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed minus the original shipping fee.  Thank you for understanding.
