When will my order ship?
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. We MUST be notified of all incoming returns via email at email@example.com. Failure to do so will result in a delay to process your return. Please include your packing slip AND/OR the following information with your return package:
- Your name and billing address
- The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
- The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
- Your transaction ID number
Item(s) must be in original condition with tags attached. The recipient will be fully responsible for all shipping fees and documentation needed to return the product. Please use a traceable carrier, and insure your package for the full value of the return merchandise. We are not responsible for return packages lost en route. We cannot accept C.O.D. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed minus the original shipping fee.
